By purchasing and downloading digital product materials from the Donna & Andy and/or Red Castle Publishing Sites, you agree to the following license terms depending on the type of product you purchase. When you purchase any type of digital product material (herein referred to as Material and/or Audio tracks) from DonnaandAndy.com / RedCastlePublishing.com you are granted a personal and non-exclusive license to utilize the material you purchase consistent with one of the following license types:
Large Choir, Small Choir, Small Ensemble License
The intent of this license is to accommodate middle school, high school, and community choirs/ensembles. Elementary school/church/community choirs with young singers – see Treble Choir License.
You, the Purchaser, are permitted to use the purchased digital PDF Materials and Audio tracks with the members in your current choir/ensemble. You may provide one copy for each individual member of the current choir/ensemble as necessary for the intended performance. You are permitted to hold the original and copies in the organization’s library for additional future performances in which you participate.
You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, post, or publish the Material and/or Audio tracks without our prior written consent. Legally downloaded/printed music and audio tracks may be used in performance by your choir in concerts, recitals or other non-commercial public settings, including online performances. Any online posts must include the full name of the song and the composer in the post title.
This License and Material may not be shared with any other individual or group, including family members, church members, friends, or other individuals. Choir members or students may not reproduce or share copies provided to them by a director or teacher with a Choir or Ensemble License. Choir members and students must purchase their own Single User License for a personal copy.
Treble Choir License
The intent of the Treble Choir License is to make choir music as accessible as possible for young singers in school, church, and community choirs. This license allows a teacher/director to make copies of the vocal scores and/or lyrics pages to share with students who are part of a choir. This license covers treble choirs of any size. It is expected that the full score/director score will only be used by the director and accompanist.
You, the Purchaser, are permitted to use the purchased digital PDF Materials and Audio tracks with the members in your current choir. You may provide one vocal score or lyrics page copy for each individual member of the current choir as necessary for the intended performance. A copy of the full score/director score may be made for the director and also a copy for the accompanist. You are permitted to hold the original and copies in the organization’s library for additional future performances in which you participate.

Classroom/Studio License
The intent of this license is to accommodate a vocal studio where one teacher has multiple students, and/or elementary school music programs where one teacher teaches multiple classes of students.
You, the Purchaser, are permitted to use the purchased digital PDF Materials and Audio tracks with any number of your own students that you teach in real time as an individual teacher. You may share, reprint, and redistribute the purchased Material with your students only, as many times as needed, for educational and non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, post, or publish the Material and/or Audio tracks without our prior written consent. Legally downloaded/printed music and audio tracks may be used in performance by You or your current students/classes in recitals, concerts, or other non-commercial public settings, including online performances. This License and Material may not be shared with any other teachers in the same studio, teachers in different studios, teachers in other schools, or any other non-student individual or group. Such individuals/groups must purchase their own Single User License, Classroom/Studio License, or Choir/Ensemble license.
Students may not reproduce or share copies provided to them by a teacher with a Classroom/Studio License. Students must purchase their own Single User License for a personal copy of digital PDF Materials and Audio tracks.
Studio/School License
The intent of this license is to accommodate vocal studios where one teacher has multiple students, and middle-level grades in general school music programs with teachers teaching groups of students in multiple classes/grades.
You, the Purchaser, are permitted to use the purchased digital PDF Materials and Audio tracks with any number of your own students that you teach as an individual teacher. You may share, reprint, and redistribute the purchased Material with your students only, as many times as needed, for educational and non-commercial use. You may not otherwise reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, post, or publish the Material and/or Audio tracks without our prior written consent. Students may not reproduce or share copies provided to them by a teacher with a Studio/School License. Students must purchase their own Single User License for a personal copy of digital PDF Materials and Audio tracks.
Single User License and
Vocal Solo/Single User License
The intent of this license is to accommodate a solo singer who will be the sole owner of the single copy of music that is downloaded/printed.
Only one individual is permitted to use the digital PDF Materials and Audio tracks purchased. If you purchase for yourself, you are the sole owner of the Single User License. If you purchase on behalf of another individual, upon receipt of the Material, this individual will become the sole owner of the Single User License, and You will not be permitted to retain any copy of the Material.
The owner of the Single User License may retain one copy of the Material for personal, educational, or non-commercial use. Legally downloaded/printed music and audio tracks may be used in performance by the owner of the Single User License in recitals or other non-commercial public settings, including online performances. Any online posts must include the full name of the song and the composer in the post title.
No other use of the Material is authorized. Any other reproduction or redistribution of the Material is strictly prohibited. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, post, or publish the Material and/or Audio tracks without our prior written consent.
This License and Material may not be shared with any other individual, teacher, fellow student, friend, family member, or any other non-student individual or group. Such individuals must purchase their own Single User License, Classroom/Choir/Studio License, Studio/School License, or Choir/Ensemble License.

Small School / Studio License allows you, as a teacher, to print copies of the Student Book for one or two classes of students each year. It is the understanding that each student will keep the copies of music printed for them. Copies may not be shared with other teachers or non-students. Accompaniment tracks may be shared with any number of your own students. The intent of this license is to accommodate a parent working with their own child, or homeschool settings with a small number of students.
Classroom / Studio License
Classroom / Studio License allows you, as a teacher, to use this copy as you teach any number of your own students. Copies may not be shared with other teachers or non-students.
The intent of this license is to accommodate elementary school music programs and/or studio teaching settings where one teacher has multiple students.
Accompaniment Tracks - for Student Book 1
User License
User License allows you, as the purchaser, to share the accompaniment tracks with any number of your own students. The intent of this license is to accommodate elementary school music programs, studios and private users where students are using the tracks to accompany songs included in the Royal Recorders teaching method.

This is an unlisted YouTube playlist and YouTube usage licensing applies. Please do not share this link with other teachers or non-students.
The intent of this license is to accommodate elementary school music programs and private settings where the tutorial videos are used to support students learning to play recorder via the Royal Recorders teaching method.
Teacher Bundle: Student Books, Teacher Guide, tracks, incentives
Single User License
Single User License download copy may only be used by the person for whom it is purchased. Any additional reproduction is prohibited. Permission is included for use of accompaniment tracks in online posts, and public performances. Accompaniment tracks may not be shared with other teachers or non-students.
